"Motorcycle trip. Stopped at a rest stop outside of Santa Rosa. One rider was ill, disoriented, weak. Called AAA and they set us up with Ortega’s. They were quick to call and dispatch a driver. Vito showed up and loaded the bike quickly and professionally. He insured we were comfortable with how the bike was strapped down AND had the appropriate type of straps. Total time from call to load was about 45 minutes.
